Portfolio, program and project support * Uses recommended portfolio, program and project control solutions for planning, scheduling and tracking. * Sets up project files, compiles and distributes reports. Provides administrative services to project boards, project assurance teams and quality review meetings. * Provides guidance on project management software, procedures, processes, tools and techniques. Business analysis * Investigates operational needs and problems, and opportunities, contributing to the recommendation of improvements in automated and non-automated components of new or changed processes and organization. * Assists in defining acceptance tests for these recommendations. Measurement * Supports projects, functions or teams in the development of project and/or operational methods for measurement. * Specifies base and derived measures which support agreed information needs. * Identifies and prioritizes appropriate measures, scales, and targets. * Specifies how to collect and store the data for each required measure. * Provides guidance on collection of data including automation. * Designs reports and reporting formats. Relationship management * Implements stakeholder engagement/communications plan. * Deals with problems and issues, managing resolutions, corrective actions, lessons learned and the collection and dissemination of relevant information. * Collects and uses feedback from customers and stakeholders to help measure effectiveness of stakeholder management. * Helps develop and enhance customer and stakeholder relationships. Product management * Applies standard techniques and tools to carry out analysis and performance monitoring activities for specified products. * Supports problem resolution, resolves issues and acts on feedback and usage of in-life products. * Creates product collateral and monitors results and feedback from product campaigns. Competency assessment * Performs routine and non-routine skill/competency assessments of knowledge, skills and behavior using specified methods and according to specified standards aligned with ethical, legal and regulatory requirements. * Uses the outcomes of assessments and other data to analyze and evaluate the effectiveness of learning/educational activities. Learning design and development * Designs, creates, develops, customizes and maintains learning materials and resources to deliver agreed outcomes, and meet accreditation requirements if appropriate. * Contributes to the design, configuration and testing of learning environments, including creation of simulated data, and replication of external systems, interfaces and assessment systems. Learning delivery * Delivers learning activities to a variety of audiences. * Teaches, instructs, trains students/learners in order to develop knowledge, techniques and skills using appropriate methods, tools, online environments, equipment and materials. * Oversees students/learners in performing practical activities and work, advising and assisting where necessary. * Provides detailed instruction where necessary and responds to questions, seeking advice in exceptional conditions beyond own experience. * Assists with the development of examples and case study material for use within pre-defined learning material. If required: People Management / Resource Management: * Is involved in recruiting process and proposes support for hiring decision and pre-selection of candidates * Allocates the different work to the respective employees considering experience, complexity, workload and organizational efficiency * Continuously monitors and evaluates team workload and organizational efficiency with the support of IT systems, data and analysis and team feedback and makes appropriate changes to meet business needs. * Provides team members/direct reports with clear direction and targets that are aligned with business needs and GIT objectives Key Relationships: * Global IT * Respective business function (GOPS, Finance, HR, Brand Marketing, Wholesale/Retail) * HR (Senior) Management * Controlling
The role of agile expert supports teams or individuals adopt and improve agile methods and practices. They ensure that the agreed agile process is followed. They also help to remove impediments and foster an environment for high performing team dynamics. They provide training sessions and teach valuable skills that lead toward the organization-wide adoption of Agile methodologies., * Four-year college or university degree with focus on Business Administration or IT or related areas, or equivalent combination of education and experience * Proficient spoken and written command of English * At least 7-year experience in IT * 5 years of experience in relevant area * 2 years of experience in team management * Strong understanding & knowledge of regional and global market landscape and the respective customer * Managed critical elements and cross functional and regional projects
